Dr Namrata Mahansaria, is a Breast cancer surgeon. After her masters in Surgery from the Manipal University, Manipal , she went ahead to do her fellowship in Breast Oncoplastic surgeries from the esteemed Tata Medical Centre-K, where she had undergone extensive training in Breast Cancer surgery and also in plastic procedures following these surgeries.
Before choosing to come back to her ‘karmabhumi’- Ranchi, Dr Namrata was associated with Fortis group of hospitals at Gurgaon and thereafter at Paras hospital, Gurgaon.
Dr Namrata has been treating patients in all stages of disease and her specialisation lies in helping patients to preserve their body image by doing Breast conservation techniques. Thus helping patients retain their self-esteem and confidence.
She is also trained in clinical psychology to help patients with psychological and emotional aspects of breast cancer and its treatment; especially focussing on social stigmata. She was instrumental in forming Breast cancer support groups at various centres across the country, and now the FIRST in whole of Jharkhand called ‘Jivisha’. A one of a kind Breast Cancer support group for all cancer patients of the state.

Additionally, our radiology department boasts the latest CT and ultrasound machines.
Ensuring accurate diagnostics, our pathology department is led by an experienced MD pathologist. We also have an in-house blood bank that provides assistance to patients before and during chemotherapy, offering blood transfusions when necessary.
